Our Die Cast SHADO MOBILES continued from the success of our Die Cast SKYDIVER and UFO INTERECPTOR.

Three versions of the MOBILES were released. SHADO 2, (Standard Mobile) SHADO 1, (with Laser Cannon and Missile Launcher) and SHADO CONTROL. (with Communications Radar Array)

These were exceptionally detailed and accurate representations of the original models seen in the show complete with open window display and diorama display backdrop card.

The initial manufacturing run was a little heavy handed on the weathering effects. This was improved for further releases of the model.

In 2018 a proposed re-launch of the SHADO MOBILES was presented featuring further improvements to the original release, alongside a very highly detailed "forest" or "airbase" display diorama and ancillary craft - UFO SAUCER or SKY 1.

Due to skyrocketing manufacturing costs and a cool response from customers the re-issue was sadly abandoned.
